The Beginning

Classes commenced today.... I just returned to Semenyih this morning so I gotta get my lazy fat ass up from my bed early today. This ain't a problem as my mom woke me up way early than I expected myself to wake up. So I ended up being early in Uni today.

It has been a year since I last saw the students who went for student exchange program and they are now back but I certainly did forget the names of some of the students who went for the exchange program.

Lectures today went on smoothly, but I kinda daydream a alot in class today. There was a good thing about this week though, I have only classes til Wednesday and the class on Wednesday starts from 9am to 10am. Definitely missable....

Nothing much happened in Uni today but I missed the chance to play sports today. It was because there was an electrician who came to my house and fix the stuffs in my house and I FFK-ed Kok Ang for basketball. The electrician said he would come around 5+ and he arrived at... 5.55pm.. Great job.. still on time though.

Dr. Law might be handing out coursework tomorrow or next week. It's just the 1st day and coursework announcement are in, shyt.

I ended up having a quite boring day today in Sienmenyih ......

It all begins....

New semester is really round the corner and I'm reluctant to get my fat ass off to Semenyih. It all started off with the new timetable being distributed yesterday and.... the timetable isn't pretty at all. It looks kinda awful.

Seems like I'm gonna have a 5day/week classes again and the Year 1 students are lucky with their Friday off. This time the timetable is really a mess. I myself got trouble reading the timetable. Worse part of all, there seem to be lots of 9am classes... I hope I don skip too much of those classes this time. Last year, I really have a serious problem attending 9am classes especially during the 2nd half of each semester where courseworks are piling up.

Anyhow, this semester, I guess I need to take up 6 modules for which one is an optional module which I have to decide on...

Mathematics for Engineering Management
Advanced Mathematical Techniques in ODE for Engineers.

Wow, how good is it if I can take both Maths modules as Maths has always been the module which pull my results up. Too bad I can only pick one of these and guess there will be more differentiation and integration for me to play with this semester.. tougher and crazier maths.

What I would want to do more this semester is to try n get more involved in my Uni life. I have not been playing sports for quite some time, a month maybe. So, I would really wanna start off with sports like basketball, badminton, ping pong, squash, gym??? and.. dancing!

This year I might get myself more involved in scrabble though provided Chong Ee gets involved as well. There might be a MAPCU scrabble competition in Nottingham Uni somewhere this year and well.. I hope I can get a little bit prepared for it if it really happens though although my skills are definitely rusty now.

I somehow manage to fluke these 2 medals from HELP last year with the help from Haravinth and scoop a trophy but my Uni kept it. Well, I was quite happy to get a first trophy from MAPCU but... til today, I didn't know I manage to scoop them all away from HELP. LOL
Hopefully we will be able to defend it but I really find scrabble getting real boring after Mr. Leonard's disappearance... Sigh...

Tomorrow's gonna be a long day starting with spring cleaning in Semenyih with my housemates. After that its Kinz's birthday celebration and A VERY BIG NOTICE TO THOSE WHO ARE READING....

PLEASE DO NOT TARGET PS. ITS KINZ'S BIRTHDAY YOU READ ME? ITS KINZZZZ BIRTHDAY SO YOU GUYS SHOULD KNOW WHO SHOULD BE THE DRUNK ONE BITCHES!!

Okay thats all... Good luck ps

Grandma's Birthday!

In the weekends, my 2 generous brother came back and when they are back, I am never left a hungry person. I've been eating non-stop this 3 days since my bros came back. Well, I simply put on lots of weight this weekend.

On Saturday, it all started with a visit to my Aunt's house, somewhere in Kenny Hills and its like a mansion. Sadly, it is gonna be demolished soon and they are gonna rebuild it.
Ah, this time, I went with my eldest bro and his GF and I'm getting all my last opportunities to capture photo for this place as it is gonna be dismantled soon. It will definitely look like a different place altogether in 2 years time.
This is just part of the garage and the collections are simply amazing. It's just good being wealthy, getting all that you like and my favourite of them all, is this...
Anyway, after the short visit, we went to Bangsar village for a short tea time and this time, my brother's friend even join us for the visit @ Bijou. They serve cupcakes which is not cheap. The presentation is good, but the taste is just alright.
Coincidentally, Bella was working there. It was quite a surprised seeing her working there and well, she became the photographer for us!

Finally, we went towards the main event for tonight, which is my grandma's birthday celebration. It was held somewhere in a chinese restaurant in IOI mall new wing but I forget the name of that place.

The set that we ordered that day is just too good. It started off with these.
Got no idea what is this called.. but its something new to me. It's quite good and it is then followed up by Sharkfin Soup! Missed that picture though =( ...
Then came the fishes.. The presentation was good thhough but my favourite came up next. It was the best of the day and its orgasmic!!!!
Suckling pig!!! Yummy. Looks exactly like Charis..... haha..

I stopped taking pictures of food thereafter and came in family photos. Didn't manage to take the photo of everyone, but at least, these 2 photos would sum up the ones involved in the dinner, except those who has already become father.
Yeah, such a happy smile from my grandma. Here in picture is my 2 brothers with grandma and my future sis-in-law!!!!! The other future sis-in-law didn't attend though coz she was not feeling well. It was singing session after all food were served.

Happy Birthday Grandma, you are not 81 and still growing. Stay healthy and cheerful!

Starbucks @ borders

Here I am sitting down in Starbucks once again, blogging. This time it's the one in Borders at Mid Valley watching some person talking to herself, asking herself stuffs.

My schedule is getting tighter recently and my whole week is getting packed with plans soon. Weekends are already fully booked and weekdays are getting filled with Karaoke session, farewells and gathering. I hope I've got enough cash to pass through this week though.

Anyway, last Sunday I've cleaned the whole mess in Semenyih. To be honest, it's just my room that is clean now. The toilet bowl is flush-able after my dad's help which the owner is so reluctant in repairing it. The bathroom is now usable unlike last year where cockroach is the owner of the toilet. It's so much cleaner now and I am moving downstairs instead of staying upstairs. One bad thing is, after installing the fan, my room's electricity has some problem and the lights cant be turned on anymore. Gotta fix that problem b4 my term starts or else I will be staying in a dark dark dark room. I hope it'll be fixed ASAP by the owner.

My room looks more spacious now compared to last time. Well, last time I'm gay-ing with Yin Ho, this year there will be no more chance for that anymore as Yin ho will be leaving on Thursday to UK for studies and his farewell will be held tomorrow @ MID VALLEY again! omg. MV freak.

Ahhh... Battery is dying soon. Got to go. I don't get a place with a power point near by today =( .

I am back!!!!

Summer break is coming to an end, such a bummer knowing it and I've been so busy throughout my entire Summer Break. Although I'm not earning much money, I'm spending too much money during my summer break. Argh, running out of cash seriously.

Yesterday I just had a wonderful Japanese buffet dinner @ Legend Hotel. It was not too expensive as we got a 50% discount for dining there thanks to Hola. Whenever it comes to buffet there, it rarely failed to satisfy my taste buds! I had quite a lot and I got seriously bloated after the meal.

Then I had to fetch Charis back to her house at a chaotic town called Cheras. The traffic at the opposite direction was freaking heavy and the cars are not moving at all so we chilled out @ Wong Kok at Leisure Mall for a short while before sending her off and what I can say about her is that, she attracts cockroaches in my car. Squashed 2 of them which wanted to pay Charis a visit. One of them made Kinz ran to the back of my car when he last sat in my car. It was the 3rd cockroach found in my car, thankfully are all small ones. I hope there ain't any big ones in my car.

Since the last time I touched my blog, I attended a few events as well. They were Awesome! I wanted to write a lengthy blog post about those events, but I was too busy back then. I am just occupied with too many things to play with. Dragonica was one of the culprit. Online games are just so addictive. Anyway, screw those games. I am gonna play even lesser when I my 3rd year starts at 28th September 2009.

Well, a few weeks back I went to this event called 7th Crystal Dancesport Championship at Shangri-La Hotel.

My main purpose there was to watch these 2 in action support them in their First Competition. Who are these 2? I wonder... Although the failed to qualify, they did well in both ChaCha n Jive. They did better in their Jive routine though. Thumbs up for them for the courage to participate in this event.
and...
I was there with my Parents!
The best part of this event is when the pro dancers came out to show their moves. I was totally amazed and stunned by how good the Westerner's are when they performed ballroom dance routines(Waltz, Tango, Vienese Waltz, Quick Step n Foxtrot) . All were top notched and none of the Asians can matched them. The difference in their levels are too far apart!

For some reason, my family loves dancing. My parents started to pick up dancing 2 years ago and now they go clubbing every Friday night to practice their dance routines. My eldest brother is even doing more dances with his GF like samba, rhumba, chacha, jive and what else? I don't remember. My second brother is doing very well in Salsa and his GF is someone who reached the performance level for salsa which is exceptionally good.

Me? I started learning how to dance like a year ago. I started off with Hip Hop @ Notts Uni Dance club and I kinda liked it. There were 2 instructor from Urban Groove which has been disbanded recently and yeah, they taught well. In my year 2 of studies, I decided to go for Latin classes instead of Hip Hop and Latin classes because it was too expensive paying both fees. It was from my own pocket money. Hence I learnt beginners Cha Cha and also Salsa. I enjoyed more Salsa than Cha Cha and if there is a chance next year, I'll continue learning Latin dances as well.

Once again, few weeks back I attended a Church Anniversary event I suppose. Its Trinity Methodist Church celebrating their 50th anniversary at Extra Super Tanker Restaurant. Went there with my relatives and the food served here is definitely delicious. They served to more than 70 tables that is available there and the quality of all the food served that day was excellent. There is a price to pay for the food served, it costs RM5000 per table of 10 person and thanks to my Uncle, we manage to get a very good seat and ate good stuffs.
The church group did came out with lots of activities like singing Christian sings which I rarely listen to.
Then musicians were doing their stuffs when food are served
Father and daughter performing high-pitched songs. I don't know whats it called. Falsetto? but of course, I still think Vitas is better than them yet the uncle who looked quite in his golden age performed brilliantly.

We even have a future violinist performing right in front of us. She walked pass us and I manage to capture a reasonable picture with a camera phone! I forgotten her name, but she did played feel good songs.

There was a hand knitted bed sheet which is auctioned as well. My uncle who bought this table won it with RM10,000. Wow, such an exorbitant amount for this item.
As usual, it all ended with a birthday cake! Happy 50th Birthday Trinity Methodist Church. I enjoyed the meals there, the performances there and the evening there.

Finally, I went to celebrate Angeline's birthday @ Quattro Spring section. It was introduced by Tony and present were Ken, Angeline, Cathy, Tony and me. Well, it wasn't cheap going there and we had a JW Black Label ordered. We even ordered a flaming tower for the birthday girl.

Congrats you are now 21 yrs old.

Tony came with his baby, RX-8. Damn, it looks cool. I'd want one of this.

Well, after posting a post-celebration video at facebook, I rarely talk with Angeline anymore. LOL

Anyway, I guess this is all I am gonna write today! A long post, yeah.. and.. I can't wait for this weekend. It would be my Grandma's birthday Celebration and my cousin's bday celebration. Both my brothers will also be present! Heh..heh...

Til then.... Ciao
